The process is "learning to live." A lean healthy body is at the centerĀ of the process. The end result is feeling happy, successful and most importantly, feeling empowered. Here are a few basic principles to keep in mind during your growth and learning process.
The past is the past- forgive yourself for not accomplishing your goals previously and allow yourself a fighting chance to achieve them now,
Perception is everything- see yourself achieving your goals because if you can perceive it, you can achieve it.
Create a plan- Develop a plan that outlines, step-by-step, how you will accomplish your goals and make sure you ask for help when you need it.
Execute- actions speak louder than words so follow through on your plan and hold yourself accountable every step of the way.
